Cant install SourceTree Mac OSX Can't figure Out License Import

Michael Roberts January 16, 2018

Hello,

I am trying to install SourceTree on a Mac OSX. I launch and have installed and the Atlassian Customer Checkbox is ticked, what's left is to log into my Atlassian account. I click on Go to My Atlassian.. I select that, it takes me to my Atlassian, I can see my License, it says to launch SourceTree and download my license and import it into My Licenses. When I launch SourceTree it takes me to this step, I can't launch the program.

Thanks,

Mike

Hi

You no longer need to import the license file. When you run Sourcetree you should see an option 'Use an existing Account' in the wizard.

If you click that Sourcetree will take you through logging in and verifying with your Atlassian account. That verification process now supersedes the import of the license file.
