My colleague has recently started and we are trying to set up an Atlassian ID so that we can install sourcetree, however the verification email is not arriving. We have checked the spelling of the email address, and tried the resend button, however it is still not arriving.
Any help with this matter would be great,
We'd need his email address in order to look and see what might have happened to that verification email.
If you're not comfortable sharing it here, let me know and I can create a separate ticket for him in our support system.
I was able to find her email address and remove the block in our system due to the 550 error that the email server was complaining about.
