Cannot push new to remote repository.

Trokild December 14, 2017

I'm totally new with Bitbucket and SourceTree, and I'm unable to push my project.

git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false push -v --tags --set-upstream origin master:master
POST git-receive-pack (chunked)
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

error: RPC failed; curl 56 OpenSSL SSL_read: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL, errno 10054
Pushing to https://Trokild@bitbucket.org/Trokild/tank_you2.git
Everything up-to-date

Completed with errors, see above.

My buffer is 'postBuffer = 157286400'. My project file is 399mb total and no file over 10mb.

Please help.

Hi Torkild! We'll need some more info to help troubleshooting this issue:

  • Have you tried pushing from the command line to see if you get the same error there?
  • Do you get errors when you perform other operations, or only when you push?
  • Is this only happening with this repo, or with any repo?
  • Which version of Sourcetree and OS are you using?

Cheers!

Ana
