New here and not sure how to fix this, can someone please help.
Every time I start Sourcetree it always brings up the dialog that my user settings have become corrupt and must be repaired. Literally every time.

In your case I'd follow the instructions at wiping Sourcetree preferences. Have you tried that already? Have you reinstalled the application?
