Can't open an external diff between two commits

Benny Lifschitz October 8, 2016

I am using SourceTree on Windows and I am fully up to date.
I am trying to do a git diff in order to compare between 2 commits but after marking 2 commits (pressing cmd and mouse click) I cant find the git diff option.

  2. mark relevant file
  3. go to action in above tab
  4. choose external dif

You can't open diff for the commit itself, only for one file at a time:
