Authentication via SSH keys failed

I am trying to clone a git repository when receiving this message. It wants me to open Pageant but my key is already in there, the private key and it's accepted, but it still wants me to add the correct SSH key.

Error:

git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false fetch origin
FATAL ERROR: Disconnected: No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey)
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

I have no idea what I should do.
