Are you planning integration with RhodeCode?

I see SourceTree has a facility to integrate to hosted git/hg repositories through the strangely named "Hosted Repositories" feature, and manage associated accounts with thru the "Hosted Account list".

Do you plan to do integration to a local (or cloud) RhodeCode repository server? For a number of genuine reasons we are using a local RhodeCode to serve our repositories. A cloud based approach is not workable for us, and neither do we want to use Stash.

Ok so I can probably guess the answer, but I can live in hope right?

Thanks,
D

That list is "extended integration". In other words, SourceTree supports features beyond what Git/Hg provides with those hosts. You can still use SourceTree with any Git/Hg remote that supports standard protocols (https/https and ssh are most common).

Hi Seth, thanks for the answer. Yes we have already used SourceTree with RhodeCode which (of course) works just fine. So yes I am asking about the "extended integration". From your note I assume that this is not something you are planning to do.

I'm just a user like you. However, I've never heard of RhodeCode, so I'd be surprised if it's on Atlassian's radar. You can submit a feature request at http://jira.atlassian.com
