Currently in the Repository Settings / Advanced you can define Commit text links and link some recognized text to for example a JIRA issue.
Often, when you have such rule in place of naming a commit using a JIRA ticket number, you also have a rule to name your new branch. For example new feature branch should named feature/JIRA-xyz-whatever where JIRA represents the project prefix and xyz the jira issue number.
It would be great to be able to configure per repository a branch name prefix which would be used when a user create a new branch, so that we save some key stroke each time
