Scrolling broken in Sourcetree 4.1.5 (241) file window after upgrading Mac Pro to Monterey

Ned Robie January 27, 2022

After upgrading Mac to Monterey (MacOS 12.2), the scrolling on the file window in Sourcetree version 4.1.5 (241) is broken. The scroll bar knob can be dragged, but it doesn't scroll the window's contents and snaps back to its home position after being released. Clicking on the scroll track to scroll also doesn't work.

I can confirm that. I would like to add that scrolling via touchpad only works when you do not swipe too fast. The faster you swipe the slower it scrolls.

This solved my issue

Ditto - scroll is jerky and only seems to scroll one line. Only happens in Sourcetree. Using Magic Mouse with the scale "middle button" does not work

I should add that I see it in the unstated and staged files panes. I do not see it in things like the history.

Confirm scrolling in File status panels is totally broken. Had to downgrade to 4.0 (232) to see my files.

Not fixed in 4.1.6 (242).

The symptoms are exactly the same.
And this problem has been there for a long time.
I have no choice but to use the up and down keys on my keyboard to scroll.
