New to JIRA, implementing for the team

We are in services domain where we handle 100+ client via emails, have set of tasks that we do for them on defined calendar.

I am implementing JIRA service desk (cloud) for managing the overall operation.

Hope to get more insight from the group as I move forward with implementation phases.
