Vidhu Sharma, Senior Product Manager for Jira Service Desk, will be in town (all the way from Sydney) next Friday, October 5.

If you're based in San Francisco and an admin/user of Jira Service Desk, he'd love to meet you for a chat. (Bonus if you use Server or Data Center deployment options) 

We'd like to hear how your organization uses JSD, and gather feedback you might have for the product team. Let us know if you're open to it!

PLOS is a non-profit org in San Francisco which uses Service Desk, and we use the server deployment. 

If Vidhu would like to chat with us on our usage of SD, we're happy to share, and we'd be interested to try and answer whatever questions he may have. 

We're not a huge org.  We're just 200 +/- people scattered between SF and the UK, but we're happy to help if it works out.
