As a Jira Confluence Administrator, you will:
- User Management (Creation of new users / Assignment to projects)
- Proactive User Inventory (quarterly): (Incident Management / Handling of User requests)
- Incident handling (in general for Jira, Confluence)
- Application Management: quality checks (Index) and Updates based on Security Notes (minor Version)
- Monthly patch activities incl. user information (announcement banner)
- Licensing: keep licenses on track
- Jira / Jira Servicedesk: Project Creation; Confluence; Space Creation
- Customization of Jira Workflows
- Experience with Third-Party Plugins like XRAY, Hive, and Portfolio
To make a difference, you must have:
- +3 years’ experience in Administration of Atlassian products e.g. Jira, Confluence
- The ideal candidate should have some experience in at least one of the following frameworks:
- General understanding of AWS Infrastructure (infrastructure-related services e.g. EC2, S3, RDS)
- General understanding of SQL Databases (PostgreSQL preferable)
- A pragmatic but quality-oriented mindset with output orientation and a strong team player
- Customer-centric thinking, good communication, and analytical skills, willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
- Familiarity or experience with an agile development methodology
- Fluent in English both oral and written
