We are looking into OpsGenie and PagerDuty and we're looking for a medium size business (bonus if it is in the medical field) who might be willing to have call and give their views on OpsGenie. If you decided for OpsGenie over PagerDuty we'd be interested in why you went with OpsGenie. Anyone out there up for this?

I personally used PagerDuty not by choice but because the company had it already integrated with couple applications. I won't be able to compare as I never used OpsGenie.

It was a nice tool for notifications.

We've actually purchased PagerDuty now, so we'll see how that works out. Looking forward to integrating it with Jira.
