This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring JIRA Service Desk approvals
sorry the option "add approval" is enabled only if the workflow is assign to a service desk project.
the option "add the approval" doesnt appear for:
- new workflows - inactive
- new workflows - active (that are asigned to a service desk project)
the option is active in workflows that were create before

Does it add the 'approval' option when you assign the workflow back to a service desk project?

when i try to export a workflow (like workflow or xml) the option "add approval" dissapear. (with new workflows)
and if i try to import the workflow in other JIRA instance the option "add approval" dissapear too
i tried
but all these activities doesnt fix the problem...
