service desk client invitation email language

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring the customer portal

How do we setup a project service desk so that the invitation emails sent to clients engender screens in a language other than the default language of the JIRA account? Basically, I would my customers to come up on screens in their native language.
