rebuilt link betwween jira against confluence

Hi,

We have a JIRA server with confluence server in same server making a Sandbox enviroment. Confluence gets the permissions and users from jira. The problem is when we try to restore JIRA with backup from PRODUCTION eviroment, because we cannot login into confluence but we can login in jira.

We've tried fix the problem restoring the applicaction link but nothing, also we've tried making a user in confluence manually, but seems like users still linked with repository JIRA users .

Is there somebody that knows how we can rebuilt this trust relationship between JIRA and confluence after restore a backup from other enviroment?
