"Next" and "Previous" Links

Is there a way to add "Next" and "Previous" links at this end of all pages of a space without manually editing each and every page?

This widget could not be displayed.

There's this macro that does it, too:

Have you tried customizing space layouts (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Customising+Space+Layouts), I believe that would be the best way to go. This can be done on space level, needing not to edit the pages.
