pagetree macro works only for page with pagesid and not pages with name

the macro {pagetree} within a page or the sidebar, in all spaces theme (documentation and also global), does appear only if you are using the pageid in the url and not the page name.

example:https://confluence/test/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=55935044 -> it works

same page but with page name: https://confluence/test/display/testpagetree -> it doesn't work

no user-installed plugin (exception: back-up manager and plugin licensing manager plugin)
