Some of our old product support document point me to site "http://nycswiki01/display/va/Home" but the link redirect me to a page with the following message.  None of the link in the page works other than "http://support.atlassian.com".  Anyone know anything about this site "nycswiki01".

That is most likely your old intranet server, and nothing anyone outside your office would know anything about. The fact that you dont see a TLD is a clear indication of that.
