notification content problem

some emails sent as notification by editing a confluence page are wrong: the page hierarchy is wrong (in the email subject as well as in the email content) so the user becomes an email of a page edition although he doesn't follow it or the editor of this page. It is for us a security problem because users could receive info they don't suppose to receive. It is on our production installation and within the last months we received already several examples.
