We have often the following problem and due to this our clients are not informed by mail. Can you please provide us some information about this problem.

FWIW, I'm seeing the same thing on our system. I did attempt to update a number of the text and html email templates in order to remove the "comment" and "description" fields for security reasons. I may try restoring the original files to see if the problem goes away.

Hi Ronny, is this driven by JEMH or by a groovy script (I saw this)? If its JEMH, is it repeatable on a particular issue, would like more details?
