multiple escalations / SLA configurations for same workflow

I have 3 diffrent projects (C1, C2 and C3) handling my city wise operations. These 3 projects have same workflow - WF1. all three projects have different escalation groups and different SLA timings. How can I make same workflow WF1 follow 3 different escalations and SLAs according to projects?

SLA configuration in JIRA service desk is not linked to the workflow. It is linked to the project. So, service desk allows multiple projects to use same workflows yet different SLA configurations.

Can anyone tell me if the SLA configuration in JIRA Service desk is linked to the project or workflow?
I mean, when I configure SLA in the service desk, it is pertaining to the corresponding project or workflow?
