Setting up crowd integration after initially importing built-in users from crucible, now I cannot login as myself or the built-in administrator. Can I update permissions via the database? We are using MS SQL so I can add permissions via a table if we know which one(s) to modify...

Sorry I should have mentioned that was for Jira - I was able to restart the service and login again. Thanks for the assistance!
