we encountered some user incidents that their account permission was reset or they encounter lost permission. Some of the user's goup list was removed intermittently. Any idea what is the cause?
confluence, anyway already logged an issue in Atlassian Support system. So far is not been resolve

You haven't told us what Atlassian system you are having problems with, or how you have configured user authentication in it (Crowd, internal, LDAP etc)
