Hello Janet! I add -Duser.timezone=Europe/Moscow into HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SOFTWARE >> Apache Software Foundation >> Procrun 2.0 >> JIRA >> Parameters >> java >> options, restart JIRA, but time still wrong - 12:40:22 +0300

I add -Duser.timezone=Asia/Novosibirsk , restart JIRA, but time still wrong
I'll try any combinations, but not find correct work.

Version my JIRA is 5.0.6 ( 733 version)

Hi Pavel,

Have you tried explicit specifying the -Duser.timezone in the JIRA startup option to use the Timezone code instead of specifying GMT+3 ? Detail at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Setting+Timezone+in+JIRA

If still the same, are you using JIRA 4.4.5 and below ? If yes, I think you hit into bug that has been fixed in JIRA 5.0 :
