how can i configure that customer can use only customer Portal ??

dear Expert,

kindly assist me how to configure jira for customer is it possible that customer can direcly access only customer portal not jira service desk or queue means if customer has any proble he can login and redirect customer portal page. kindly help

Dear Akbar Ali,

there is no feature to set a redirect from JIRA login to customer portal directly. But our xDesk has it's own login page so the customer will stay right in the portal. And it's much faster too!

Your need is an Add-on as customer portal only. This could be done with our xDesk portal Add-on. You can find and review it on the Marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.decadis.xDesk
