gliffy plugin has dissapeared

our gliffy plugin has dissapeared. It still displays as enabled under: plugins/servlet/upm/manage/user-installed#manage but it is no longer showing under the top left for the options we have installed, or from where we'd normally access them from under each issue. e.g. jirademo.gliffy.com/browse/DEMO-1 Is this because of the latest upgrade? Thanks Andrew
