fisheye has stopped reflecting new changes.

Hi we have a situation where our fisheye has stopped reflecting new changes in svn repository after a particular date. The status is still shown as running in the admin page. Can someone please help on this?

Hi Jitesh, the first thing that comes to mind would be a connection error (for example, if the credentials to access the SVN repo had changed at that date and thus FishEye can not fetch the latest commits). Specifically, what happens when you click on Scan for update or Run Incremental Index in the Repository options, and then click on Refresh (the cog icon) in the Summary screen ?

Another potential cause would be if you add a very large commit that occurred at that date (like a large branch commit), which would make FishEye run out of memory. In that case, it will shutdown and tries to index the commit at its next start, and thus fails again :-( If this is the case, check the following documentation to alleviate the issue.

Finally, if it seems to be neither issues, please create an issue on so that we can investigate the logs of your instance. This will permit us to diagnostic what's causing the indexing to stop at that date.

Hope this help,
