do users have to have an account

Hi,

For Service Desk is it required that a customer who emails a ticket has to create an account? We are using our AD. If so, what happens if a customer does not create an account?

This widget could not be displayed.

 You could setup it at:

  • Click on project settings
  • Click on Request security
  • And setup as you will

But if you looking for integration with Windows AD... you need read this
