I'm using my system (on-demand) as a support system and for internal issues as well.
In that case I can open new issues for the support project by sending mail or by pressing create issue button when I'm logged in.
I would like that while sending an email, the issues will be open with high priority but when opening an issue internally, I would like it to be created with medium priority by default.
Is it possible ?
