creating issue from email

Hi,

I can already create comments from incoming emails.

I have 2 projects, e.g. AAA and BBB.

AAA ist set as the default project in the mail handler.

How can I create a new issue in BBB? - My expectation was that I put BBB in the subject line and the issue would go to project BBB - but a new issue in AAA is created.

The default mail handlers don't scale as one handler supports one project. There is a plugin Jira enterprise mail handler plugin which can do what you are looking for.

You can use JEMH for using a single mailbox for different projects and issue types. If that is not a possiblity you need to have as many mailboxes for each issue type and project.

The default mail handlers don't scale as one handler supports one project. There is a plugin Jira enterprise mail handler plugin which can do what you are looking for. JEMH configuration profiles can support mulitple projects within one Profile
