attach screeshot redirects to oracle site

late last week started experiencing issue when pasting a screenshot. Intstead of the usual applet, it redirects us to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/index.html. This happened after being prompted to upgrade java (from jira's attach screeshot) and performing the update to java.

Hi Susalt,

I think this is a new bug, and there is a bug ticket for this, refer below:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-31838

Apparently consistence with your observation where user update java and the component became broken. Please help to vote and watch this issue as you are affected by it.

Hope the devs will release a fix soon and hope this helps :)

fix is has been working at least three days now.

nope: Still happens

This issue used to repeat every time java updated.  Several weeks ago a new past function was added and I haven not seen any issues since, regardless of java upgrade. See screenshot of new:

I vote to close this.
