atlas-* windows batch files workaround

In https://developer.atlassian.com/display/DOCS/Configuring+Eclipse+to+use+the+Atlassian+Plugin+SDK, there's a note to workaround the problem of running the atlas-mvn batch file.

Does this workaround apply for the other atlas-* batch files? If so, how?

I think they mean switching to use maven directly instead of the batch commands. Each of the batch commands are just a wrapper around a maven command

e.g.

instead of atlas-run you can do mvn jira:run (etc..)

Correct! The workaround is to bypass the "atlas-*" scripts and call maven directly.
