Xray: Is it possible to change Test in texts / dialogues?

We are naming a Test Case what is called a Test in the Xray. We can change the name of the Test issue type to the Test Case. That is fine. Nevertheless in pages and dialogues there is still text Test. Is it possible to change this text to Test Case as well? Otherwise it would be confusing for users or we have to stay with Test.
