Work Log Tab queries

We want to be able to query the fileds in the Work Log tab.

Is there a JQL/filter query or gadget that can show a specific user that has logged work on all records?

If so what would the query be? I do not see any of the fields can be queried and filtered by user.

Can the Time Tracking Report include USER or filter by user?

The User Workload report, can it be changed to show a date range or specific user? If not a query that will do it?

Any filters for Activity stream?

Is there a Oracle query that can do it?
