Why my SLA not started?

Hi,

 

I set my SLA to start when the status of an issue is changed to "Aguardando Nível 2" but it is not starting. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having a similar issue wherein my SLAs (which appear to have valid JQL statements) are not being applied as desired. Any insight would be appreciated.
