Hi Sorin,

The two biggest issues Hercules can face are caused by firewalls/proxies and/or a lack of memory available to the instance, although most of the time it is caused by proxies and therefore if you are accessing Hercules from behind a Firewall please ensure that it is able to access both:

https://confluence.atlassian.com

and

https://jira.atlassian.com

You should also check that your memory allocation is sufficient, (see Confluence Admin > System Info), and that any proxies you have configured are not interupting the flow of traffic.

All the best,
John

As far as I know this is a server side applicaiton, so the browser does not matter. Anyway, it was the latest stable Chrome. And BTW, the load on the Jira server is maxxed due to this tool running on a 20MB file.... or maybe it does try to run on all files from /logs/ directory?!
