Why do the links to JEMH-SYNC not work?

I need to use the JEMH-SYNC to sync two JIRA instances but it seems it has been removed or something from JIRA marketplace. Is that so?

Hi Khalid,

JEMH-SYNC hasn't been update for a while, and as only compatible with 5.2.x. I have reservations about spending even more time on that particular solution as it is niche and did not take off, so existing builds have been withdrawn pending an update, if ever. It was a neat solution, but perhaps too complex for general users.
