Why can not I download attachment via URL like "jira.com/login.jsp?os_username=xx&os_password=xx&os_destination=/secure/attachment/10000/attfile.txt"

I tried to use the URL as title mentioned,

But it is just redirected to dashboard.

Have any one tried this way to download attach?

I tried a lot of times with different type of file.

I found all attach could be downloaded except file which named with blank in the middle.

I used "new 1.htm" to test download, every time to access via OS_DESTINATION, the page will be redirected to dashboard.

Do you have permission on the issue from where you are trying to download the attachment? First try logging into the issue using the user interface and check whether you can access the attachment.

Yes, the user does have permission to download it.

I used seem user to create issue and upload attach.

I can download it from issue page.

But i can not use such redirect to download it.

Is there any limitation for OS_DESTINATION?

What is very interesting is: I can use OS_DESTINATION to access issue page, admin page and a lot of other pages but attach downloading link.
