When upgrading from confluence 3.5.13 to 4.3.1 I am getting cache timeout errors

Hi Richard,

By some chance, could you perform the following steps to increase the cache timeout?

  • Open /atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/web.xml.
  • <session-config>
         <session-timeout>60</session-timeout>
    </session-config>

  • Increase the timeout as 1 hour.
  • Restart JIRA.
