When I start a session in JIRA Bonfire in firefox/chrome, I cannot give input into textfields. It takes only screenshots. When I try click on the web page '+' cursor appears and doesnot allow me to give input into text fields. What can be the issue?

It's possible that the session has a default template assigned to it which activates when the session is active, and the template is set to take a screenshot on activation.

We're currently reviewing the sessions/templates/screenshots interplay to stop confusing situations like this happening, but in the meantime there are two workarounds:

1. Edit the template and set it to not take a screenshot, or
2. Click the "Next Screenshot" button (or remove the active screenshot) to get back to the webpage.
