Hi All,
What is the maximum size of a file recommended to store in 'File list' in Confluence?
Thanks
Naama
The "File List" blueprint doesn't have a limit itself. You can configure the individual attachment size limit by following the below documentation.

Hi Steven,
Thanks for your reply,
I wonder if there is a 'Good Practice' size,
I don't want to crash the system with a file that is to heavy
Thanks
Naama

@naama lev there is a hardcoded limit of 2GB of file size. You can follow this bug here : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-20912 Now, there isn't a max "Good practice" size because it's not Confluence that would be the problem, it would be the connection BETWEEN confluence and the attachment storage. Theoretically if your attachment volume was speedy enough you'd never notice a problem, but we all know it's not that easy. Personally, figure out what the max size your users will be submitting SHOULD be and set the limit there. And keep an eye on the storage performance.
