A recent blog has suggested that Wiki Mark-Up in Confluence is no longer flavour of the month. Given that I've never previously used it anyway, could anyone out there suggest the best way to create a workflow to manage the process of amendment/review after a set period of time for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with associated notifications, MI and sign offs.

I think the ad hoc workflows plugin may provide you with the functionality you need. See this page in the documentation site: https://www.adhocworkflows.com/display/public/AWP/state+macro It also offers the ability to push messages using the set-message macro. Hope this helps, Charles
