Web fragment locations for the Search page

changyup kim April 20, 2014
I'm now on the development of a Jira plugin. I found some of the existing web fragment locations in https://developer.atlassian.com/display/JIRADEV/Web+Fragments. But, I couldn't find the location id for the 'Views' drop-down menu in the Search page whose URL is like 'http://localhost:2990/jira/issues/?jql=' . The 'Views' menu has two existing items which is 'Detail View' and 'List View'. I want to add another menu item for this. Do I have to read the Jira source file? Then how can I get the license to access the source codes? I use Atlassian SDK 4.2.20.

I couldn't find a way to put my view method in addition to the 'Detail View' and 'List View' in the issue navigator. Instead, writing a SearchRequestView plugin allows to add my view method to the 'Export' menu in the navigator.

Take a look at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.wittified.webfragment-finder(free add-on). It let's you see web-items, sections, panels already used across JIRA.

If you've paid for a JIRA license, you can access the source code from my.atlassian.com
