Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

Does Confluence comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)?

If it does not comply, are there either:

  1. Moves to implement compliance with the guidelines, or
  2. A plugin that can be used to implement compliance.

Thanks
