We are new to a hosted version of Atlassian and when asking a question are receiving an "Open question reminder".

So we are doing the right what do we do to close this, I know I have clicked the grey check mark (which I think is the grey arrow) as suggested however I am still receiving?

If no one has responded to your question you will either have to delete the question as it doesn't have an answer, or answer/respond to your own question and then check the green check mark.
