Want to create a Report for Confluence pages as a whole for value addition

Hi All,

With continuous  utilization of confluence from requirement, Development, sharing for verification, to production and support .

We are thinking to create Report check use/awareness  of pages written to ease the process by everyone.

In order to do that we need some process like hit count or others existing plugin with performance issue.

So will very much useful if we can directly collects  the information from confluence core itself and create the report on demand whenever required.

Question is like below:

Does the confluence core store somewhere like page creator, updater with date for visitors too.

If yes then the process via which we can fetch those data for further processing.

Thanks and Regards in Advance,

Ashok Jha

Hello Ashok,

Using the confluence user macro you can create a reports of name of the pages with creator name, last update or number of hit's of the pages.

You can get a report in tabular format.

Hello Siddheshwar, Thank you for reply. So, in confluence user with administrative privilege can create this macro. We need the report in tabular format as mentioned below: |Space Name| Page Name| Author | Creation Date |View Count | Viewers | |Space1 | a/b/c/d | abc | 11-21-2015 |4 | Xyz,abc, pqr | Regards, Ashok
