Wallboard plugin can not be used after updating UPM to 2.7.3

I don't know what exactly solved my problem.

But it started from JIRA 5.1.5, and it is gone now with JIRA 5.1.6

What is your JIRA version?

As I checked out UPM 2.7.3 version is compatible with JIRA 4.3 - 5.1.7.

I'm asking it, because I found Missing 'Plugins' Link in Administration Console KB, where is described a known bug (JRA-24218) and it sounds like the same symptom you're facing.
