Visual Composer won't update even though I enter proper Envato Username, API, and License Key

Hi,

I duplicated a Wordpress site that we built using Visual Composer and then clicked within that site and bought another copy to update the VC plugin. I then went to the Product License tab and entered the Envato username I used to buy the new copy, my API Key, and my Visual Composer License Key. I’d hit Save Changes, and then Activate License, and I kept getting the message “Envato Username and License Key are required”. I even tried a new generated API key and it didn’t work.

Can you please advise on how I can activate my license?

Thank you!
