User not showing up in AD Groups

We have a new user who is a member of several Active Directory 2008 Groups. In Confluence 4.3.2, his user appears, but only some of the group memberships are showing. As a member of the IT Department he needs access to areas in the Wiki which are secured. Because Confluence does not see him as part of these groups he cannot access required information. I'm not sure why his account is not reading properly from Active Directory, and I'm not sure how to proceed.

I think you should check the synchronization log, it could be some failed over there. Otherwise, AD 2k8 is pretty new, i think you can create a support request for a further analyse.

AD2K8 has been running here for 2 years, and this is the first user we've had this problem with. I did open a support case, so I'm hoping for some help, but thanks for the assist!
